Being in nature is good for the health and creativity of children. Safety always remains important. Especially for the bravest kids, there is Lot66, a centre that offers various indoor and outdoor activities. Go-karting, laser tag, climbing, bowling, and much more: you can come here for all kinds of activities.

Did someone say Playmobil? At Happy Station, all you see is this cheerful toy. On an area of more than 1500 square metres, you can admire various landscapes, cities and scenes made of Playmobil. In addition, children can play with Playmobil on the play tables.

In the old candy factory 'De Faam', children learn about inventions in a creative way. In addition to various films, children can also get creative in workshops. They can make an African musical instrument from recycled materials or a tiger for the circus. Are your children more technically inclined? Then they can, among other things, record a film in the 'Green Screen studio' or experiment with a 3D pen.

Always wanted to know everything about crocodiles, turtles, or other reptiles and amphibians? At Reptielenhuis De Aarde, children learn all about the world of these special animals. The true daredevils can even hold a live snake themselves.

Are you coming to the playground too? This indoor playground is full of climbing and scrambling equipment. In addition, there are all kinds of secret passageways to discover and children can have fun on large trampolines. Climbing fun for children aged 1 to 12!

This green park in the centre of Breda is the perfect spot for children. They can release all their energy here while playing or footballing. If the sun is shining and you get hungry after all those activities, enjoy a picnic with the whole family.

Toeractief took a 6.5-kilometre walk through (mainly) the centre of Breda, with street art as the connecting theme. During the walk, you pass by various playgrounds, making it extra enjoyable for children!

You've probably seen them before, the ants on Willemstraat. Artist Florentijn Hofman created eight hundred tiles with ants that seem to crawl from the station towards Park Valkenberg. He named the artwork BredAnts. Beeldschoon Breda added something new that will certainly appeal to children.
At the beginning and end of the street, there is a sign with a QR code. When scanned and aimed at the ants, they appear to grow and move. It's fun to try it out when you're in the area!
