Modern studio with lots of light

The meeting room at Welderust is a former cowshed, converted into a studio, with beautiful design elements and a warm, almost homely atmosphere. Lunch is provided by Roos herself using pure ingredients. The peaceful surroundings, ample light, space around the studio and the beautiful view over the fields all contribute to a successful meeting. You can enjoy a delightful walk here or admire the beautiful sculpture garden.

The studio has a size of 55 m2 and can accommodate up to 14 people. In addition, all facilities are available, such as good WiFi, a large screen, projector, flip chart, and sound system. There's also good coffee and cappuccino made from fresh organic milk or oat milk. In good weather, you can have lunch outside under the beautiful canopy. And if needed, there are multiple breakout areas available with stunning views. Truly worthy of a 'off-site meeting'.

Accommodation

In addition to meetings, you can also stay overnight at Welderust. In the former chicken coop, two beautiful cottages have been built with lots of light and space. The cottages can accommodate 8 people. An ideal addition to the whole. 

Accessibility

Welderust is quietly located and easily accessible from Breda. From the A58 motorway, you'll reach the destination within 5 minutes, while being completely surrounded by fields. There is ample parking space.
